In collaboration with the Trois-Rivières Lions , the Lions Academy offers two weeks of intensive training for young players aged 7 to 14 who wish to prepare for the season, improve their skills and gain confidence on the ice.

What is included in each week:

Each participant is supervised for a minimum of 7 hours per day , in a structured and supportive environment.

Our programs are based on the fundamentals of modern hockey , both technically and tactically. We also place great importance on education: perseverance, teamwork, attitude, responsibility — essential values ​​instilled in an environment that skillfully combines fun and learning.

During the week, players from the Trois-Rivières Lions , as well as the official mascot, will come to meet the young people, participate in some activities and help create a memorable experience.

Power Skating – Summer 2026

Our Power Skating camps are for players who want to improve their speed, stability, dynamism, and efficiency on the ice. The focus is on skating mechanics: posture, weight transfer, push-off, edge control, agility, mobility, and explosiveness. The programs are open to boys and girls in the Novice, Atom, Peewee, and Bantam categories. The Lions Camp will be offered either the week of August 18th, the week of August 25th, or both weeks. We are currently awaiting official confirmation from the arenas and their availability, and the final dates will be announced in the coming weeks .

What is understood

  • 7.5 hours of ice skating. Practice session in the mid- to late afternoon (depending on the group's schedule).
